Important: With limited exceptions, returns will be issued to the customer as store credit redeemable at unaifengshui.store, and (ii) the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Please understand that choosing the right decor for your home/office can be a tedious process. We want you to be confident in your purchase. Therefore, we are happy to assist you in finding the right fit. If you decide it's not the right fit, we will do our best to help you find one.
Most items can be returned for store credit within 30 days of delivery. Unless otherwise stated below, shipping charges are non-refundable and all return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Clearance items and any items marked "Final Sale" are not returnable. Other non-returnable items include clearance items, personalized items, discounted bundles (e.g., "4 for $20" unless the entire set is returned), items marked non-returnable at checkout or in the product description, and assembled items.
If your order is incorrect, or if the item arrives defective or damaged, we will process the situation and work with you to find the best solution, as described below.

Returns/Exchanges
Most items can be returned for store credit within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is charged and the item must be:
In original, undamaged condition
Disassembled (if the item was disassembled when originally delivered)
In its original packaging. If the original packaging is severely damaged and cannot be returned, you must use a box of similar dimensions or no longer than 108 inches. The following items are non-returnable:
Clearance items
Gift cards
Personalized items
Bundled items with discounts, such as "5 for $25" (unless the entire bundle is returned)
Assembled items
Items marked "Final Sale" on the sales page
Open-box items
Any outbound shipping charges charged for your order are non-refundable.
Product Defects and Returns Due to Our Error
If your order was incorrect, or if your item is defective/damaged upon receipt, we will process it by sending you a replacement part or accessory, exchanging the item, or refunding your money. In these cases, there are no return shipping charges.
Order Cancellations
We strive to pick, pack, and ship all orders as quickly as possible because we know you can't wait to receive your items! Therefore, we cannot cancel your order once it's placed. If you still need to return an item, please refer to our Return Policy for more information.
